The Sierra Wireless AirPrime Q26 Extreme is a programmable dual-mode GSM/GPRS/EDGE and HSDPA/HSUPA module. The built in duo-core application processor provides dedicated application processing ARM9 power at up to 104 MHz, programmable in C/C++ and/or Lua. Plus, the Q26 Extreme is equipped with antenna diversity and runs at peak data rates up to 7.2 Mbps HSDPA and 2 Mbps HSUPA with automated 2G/3G handover.
The Sierra Wireless AirPrime™ Q2686 embedded wireless module is a feature-rich, programmable quad-band GSM/GPRS module. Thanks to footprint compatibility with the rest of the Q Series, it can easily be evolved to EDGE, 3G and 3.5G when required. Equipped with on-board audio recording facilities and up to 44 GPIOs, the Q2686 is well suited to alarm and voice-response systems or to applications requiring a high number of connections.
The Sierra Wireless AirPrime Q2687 embedded wireless module supports quad-band data connectivity up to EDGE. It's backwards compatible with the Q2686, and forwards compatible with 3G evolutions and their cellular software application development environments so that application portability is made easy. It also supports a new parallel data bus for interfacing to displays and external memory.

The AirPrime SL6087 features quad-band EDGE connectivity and offers an easy upgrade path to next-generation network technologies. It can be used as a simple modem controlled via AT commands, or it can host a standard ANSI C/C++ application and act as a single processor for the customer solution, eliminating the need for an external processor and reducing the total size and cost of the final product. The AirPrime SL6087 module is also delivered with the full set of Plug-Ins for Open AT® OS, enabling you to easily add TCP/IP and Internet, Security, Lua scripting language and/or Location capabilities.
The SL6087 is available with Embedded SIM as an option and supports AirPrime Management Services.
The AirPrime SL808x modules offer high-speed dual-band UMTS/HSDPA connectivity (up to 3.6 Mbps downlink) and quad-band EDGE/GPRS/GSM network access in the same standard 25 x 30 mm LGA form factor as the other AirPrime SL Series modules.
